Andrew Meyer
CEO
Andrew Meyer is the CEO of AeroFlexx and Serial CEO for Innventure. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurial environments, having spent the last 10 years within four different venture-backed technology startups that included value-add exits such as an IPO and a trade sale to a strategic partner.
Before joining AeroFlexx, Andrew was the CEO of Cobalt Technologies and CCO of Synata Bio, where he led both organizations through significant M&A transactions. Across the board, Andrew has led results-oriented teams to innovative solutions resulting in significant savings to the bottom line. He thrives on adapting and molding high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations despite rapidly changing environments. Andrew’s venture experience is highlighted by deploying a systematic commercialization process that accelerates development timelines while reducing and/or retiring scale-up risk within disruptive technology platforms.
Andrew’s career began at BP Chemicals, Inc, a global energy company. He parlayed his success at BP into various other senior-level and executive roles in complex and dynamic organizations that spanned various functions including manufacturing, operations, research and development, business development, fuel and chemical supply, risk management, and finance leadership across industries that include oil and gas, commodity and specialty chemicals, supply chain, and consulting.
Andrew received both his MBA and master's in chemical engineering from the University of Toledo. He earned his bachelor of science degree from the University of Findlay with a dual major in environmental management and mathematics with a minor in chemistry.
Cedric D’Souza
CTO
Cedric D'Souza is the CTO of AeroFlexx and an entrepreneurial leader with an insatiable passion for leveraging technology to transform global supply chains. Before AeroFlexx, he was the global beauty care engineering associate director at Procter & Gamble, where he spearheaded agile teams to create, patent, and deploy new to-the-world production systems. He envisioned and piloted digital strategies for "smart manufacturing," delivered manufacturing productivity via low-cost automation, and created the capability to globally restage initiatives on several billion-dollar brands, including Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Olay, Old Spice, and SK-II, with speed and excellence.
Cedric has more than 28 years of experience leading culturally diverse organizations and project teams in Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America. Over his career, he has lived in four different countries.
Cedric graduated from Mumbai University with a degree in electronics and control engineering.
Veronica Sebald
VP, Quality Control
Veronica Seabald is the VP of Quality Control for AeroFlexx and has more than 18 years of experience in quality and manufacturing. Veronica’s focus is establishing AeroFlexx’s quality systems, control, and assurance plans. She is responsible for food safety system development, implementation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Upon graduating with her bachelor of science in material science and engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Veronica joined the Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing headquarters as a quality engineer. In this role, she focused on new product quality assurance, process control, design for manufacturing, and failure analysis of components. She was later promoted to lead the strategic management department, focusing on North American quality strategy for manufacturing, sales, and service.
Following her position at Toyota, she joined General Electric Aviation, where she completed her black belt certification. Veronica held several senior leadership positions, including as commercial leader, coatings and chemical process global quality and supply chain leader, and turbine airfoils quality leader. Veronica led teams across the globe with large quality and commercial success. These include developing and implementing commercial deals worth >$10M in cost reduction, a 60 percent reduction in quality escapes, a >30 percent scrap reduction, and a 10 percent improvement in first-time yield.
Veronica decided to continue her education while working full-time and received her master's in mechanical engineering and MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
Jim Traut
VP, Finance and Accounting
Jim Traut is the VP of Finance and Accounting for AeroFlexx. He brings with him extensive experience within finance and enterprise risk management environments.
Before joining AeroFlexx, Jim served as the associate vice president for enterprise risk management at Clemson University and previously founded and served as president of Risk Transparency Inc. He also served as an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College, where he was a teacher and advisor in the CMU chief risk officer certification and master of information system management programs. His business and research initiatives have enabled entities and functional areas to implement innovative key risk and reward awareness and management methodologies to create and protect value.
Jim previously co-founded and served as CEO of a cloud-based motion graphics video production startup. He also worked for the H. J. Heinz Company for 24 years in various global strategy, accounting, risk, control, audit, due diligence, and ethics leadership roles. His final position was vice president, enterprise reputation and risk management (ER²M) and ethics and compliance. For seven years, he led the Heinz ER²M efforts, including developing, implementing, and maintaining the global enterprise risk management function. ER²M responsibilities included facilitation of the ongoing global and business unit risk assessments and applicable mitigation and process improvement efforts. Jim also served as the Heinz assistant controller, policies and compliance with global responsibility for Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 internal control over financial reporting compliance.
Jim has served on the North Carolina State University ERM Advisory Board and the AICPA Advisory Panel for Risk Management and Internal Control. He is a certified public accountant in Pennsylvania and a chartered global management accountant. Jim began his career at KPMG. In 2010, Treasury & Risk magazine recognized him as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People in Finance.”
Kristen Lewis
Director, Marketing
Kristen Lewis is the marketing director for AeroFlexx and brings more than 15 years of professional business experience to her role. In her position with AeroFlexx, she promotes company-wide success through the innovative strategies she has developed throughout her career.
Before joining the team at AeroFlexx, Kristen served as VP, senior marketing director for Fifth Third Bank, where she led brand and marketing strategy for various B2C and B2B products and acquisition efforts. Additionally, Kristen has held multiple roles building an extensive understanding of marketing strategies, operations, and finance. Kristen brings unique insights and exceptional performance to AeroFlexx and its customers.
Kristen holds a bachelor's in finance from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
David Roy
Director, Supply Chain and Logistics
David Roy is the director of supply chain and logistics for Aeroflexx and has more than 26 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. David’s key focus is implementing strategies to support forecasting, planning, sourcing, and inventory control among Aeroflexx sites while developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners.
David graduated with a bachelor's of business administration in finance from the University of Central Arkansas. Before Aeroflexx, David held credit and risk analyst roles with Volkswagen of America and United States Gypsum while continuing his education and receiving his MBA from North Park University in Chicago.
David then spent more than two decades with energy giant BP. He was the key driver in developing BP’s North American Road and Rail organization. This newly formed group was responsible for managing BP’s $600M+ in North American logistics spend. David developed supply chain strategies, strengthened relationships with Class 1 railroads and key transportation companies, and delivered significant financial results for the organization.
David is very excited to be a member of the Aeroflexx team and add to the development and implementation of safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations and processes to meet the current and future needs of the Aeroflexx organization.
David Winclechter
Director, Graphic Services
David Winclechter is the director of graphic services for AeroFlexx and has more than 25 years of experience in consumer packaged goods national and private-label brands. He brings his expertise to AeroFlexx’s graphic services by providing client support and ensuring optimal pack design and reproduction. Working for various agencies, in-house creative groups, and prepress houses throughout his career, David has developed strong graphics development acumen and team leadership skills, enabling him to work seamlessly with clients, creative teams, and upper marketing management. David has a deep understanding of design and print fundamentals and best practices. These skills have been valuable assets to clients he has worked with over the years, including Newell Brands and US Foods.
David earned his bachelor's degree in graphic arts technology, with an emphasis in graphic design and a double minor in communications and art from Northern Illinois University School of Engineering & Engineering Technology.
Heather Bickers
Senior Director, Human Resources
Heather Bickers is the director of human resources for AeroFlexx and has more than 20 years of experience in HR. Heather’s focus with AeroFlexx is to work across the team to identify high-performing talent and support AeroFlexx’s commitment to being an employer of choice for innovative marketing and packaging professionals.
Before joining AeroFlexx, Heather served as human resources director for Innventure, where she helped the team systematically build transformative businesses with meaningful impact.
Heather’s human resources experience also includes working with XPO Logistics as senior director, human resources. Heather began her human resources career with Drywall Service of Gary, Inc., after transitioning from her early career in social services, where she served as executive director for a supervised visitation agency.
Heather received her MBA from Valparaiso University with a concentration in business intelligence and her bachelor's in psychology from Purdue University. Heather’s human resources certifications include a Veterans at Work Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Greg Wasson
Director
Greg Wasson currently serves as president and founder of his own family office, Wasson Enterprise. Wasson Enterprise’s focus is to partner with entrepreneurs and operators to build sustainable, high-growth businesses that do well by doing good. As the former CEO of Walgreens, Greg has extensive global operational and management experience as well as extensive knowledge of the retail and healthcare industries. Greg attended Purdue University’s College of Pharmacy, receiving his pharmacy degree in 1981.
As Walgreens CEO, Greg led this Fortune 35 company to record 2014 fiscal sales of $76.4 billion. He is credited with creating significant financial and shareholder value, initiating and completing game-changing mergers and investments, leading complex organizational and structural change, assembling a diverse and high-performance senior leadership team, and establishing Walgreens’ position as an industry leader.
Bill Haskell
Director
Bill Haskell serves as the CEO of Innventure. Previously, he was a co-founder and president of XL TechGroup, which created the foundational business-building methodology upon which Innventure is based. Bill has worked with the key principals of Innventure for more than 20 years. He has also served as a public company CEO and has been a director of more than a dozen private and public companies.
Most recently, Bill has been a partner at a boutique investment bank focused on converting private companies into employee-owned enterprises and has been a principal in a blockchain technology company. He has more than 30 years of experience in company creation and development.
Jim Donnally
Director
Jim Donnally is the vice president and CFO for Glockner Enterprises, whose family office investment thesis is around green technology manufacturing, and was the original funding partner for Innventure, PureCycle Technologies, and AeroFlexx.
Glockner Enterprises includes consumer and commercial finance divisions, wholesale lubricant and fuel divisions, several dealer-controlled used car finance operations, captive and independent insurance agencies, and franchise automobile dealerships in Ohio and Kentucky. Jim is also highly involved in organizations and companies that are helping grow southeast Ohio communities and sits on numerous boards. Jim was the CFO for PureCycle Technologies from January 2017 to December 2020.
In his role as CFO at Glockners, he manages the information technology, human resources, accounting, and legal departments, giving him the ideal view of the inner workings of the enterprise, such as treasury and other asset management, lender and regulatory relations, and employee benefits administration.
Before joining Glockner Enterprises in 1996, Jim was a CPA at Hayflich & Steinberg, where he performed for-profit audit, review, compilation, and tax engagements for regional wholesale, retail, manufacturing, and service concerns, specializing in consolidations.
Jim received his bachelor’s in accounting with minors in economics, finance, philosophy, psychology, and theater in 1991 from Marshall University.

The Flexible Packaging Association's 64th Annual Flexible Packaging Achievement Award went to Innventure's AeroFlexx. The Highest Achievement Awards included Gold – Expanding the Use of Flexible Packaging, Gold – Packaging Excellence, Gold – Shelf Impact, Gold – Sustainability, and Gold – Technical Innovation.
2019 PAC Award
The AeroFlexx package received the PAC 2019 Best of Show award in Packaging Innovation. The PAC award has a tradition of highlighting outstanding new packaging innovations and is critically important to the overall consumer experience with a product.
2018 Diamond Winner
The Dow Chemical Company Awards for Packaging Innovation recognize the packaging industry’s top achievements in innovative packaging designs, materials, technologies, and processes. The highest honor, the Diamond Award, went to Procter & Gamble’s Air Assist, a breakthrough in performance and sustainability for e-commerce and brick-and-mortar packaging.
