Food and beverage brands can use the AeroFlexx Pak for compatible condiments, sauces, concentrates, and beverages. Final fit depends on formula compatibility, viscosity, and fill conditions.

Can AeroFlexx do hot fill for food products?

AeroFlexx doesn't currently have capabilities for hot fill. However, specific applications can be evaluated by R&D.

Can alcoholic beverages go in the AeroFlexx Pak?

Products containing alcohol should be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Initial guidance indicates that products below 20 percent alcohol may be evaluated, but compatibility testing is required for the exact formula and package.

Can the AeroFlexx Pak handle sauces with particulates or thicker textures?

The AeroFlexx Pak may be able to be used for thicker sauces or formulas with particulates, but particle size, settling, viscosity, valve flow, squeeze force, and product stability must be tested before commercialization.

How does AeroFlexx support food product safety from filling to use?

The packaging is food-grade, and AeroFlexx will work directly with the brand to ensure product safety and packaging validation.
