Jim is a highly motivated and transformative operations and manufacturing leader with global production experience from North America to Europe and Asia. He currently serves as the Site Director for Aeroflexx, an Inventure Portfolio company.

During his 30-year manufacturing career in operations he has focused on providing tactical and strategic leadership to improve productivity using lean manufacturing principals; including but not limited to continuous improvement, total productive maintenance, autonomous maintenance and 5S.

Early in his career when he was with Michelin North America in Greenville, SC he had the opportunity to participate in the Michelin Retread Technologies start-up team. Through diligence and the application of lean concepts, following the seven steps of autonomous maintenance, his department laid the groundwork for the factory to be awarded the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance TPM Excellence Award in 2003.

Jim began his career as a Security Police Officer in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged at the rank of Staff Sergeant (E5). During his term he received the Good Conduct medal as well as Airman of the Year for his Squadron.
